He was a lifelong employee of Conrail. He was loved and respected by all and he will be missed. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, services were private. Age 74 of McCandless passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2021 with her family by her side. Served by her husband's side as pastors/missionaries to Central America countries Belize, Honduras, Guatemala plus many other places for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Judi happily shared her amazing culinary and baking skills, frequently hosting friends for meals or creating delicious treats meant to brighten a friend’s day or special event. Her generosity was surpassed only by her kind heart. The sudden loss of her memory two years ago was a source of great frustration for her, but she handled it with more grace than most. Her family finds consolation in knowing that with her passing, her mind is whole again and her body is at peace. Services will be held in California at a date to be determined.

In addition to teaching Health and Physical Education, Dave inspired countless athletes during his many years coaching basketball. Dave was a long- time resident of Franklin Park where he and his wife Laurie raised their three children. A 2012 graduate of Pine Richland High School, Eric was certified in welding, which he studied at CCAC. He was an excellent cook and worked as a manager for Cenci’s Pizzeria and Bar where his strong work ethic and dry sense of humor were both appreciated by his coworkers throughout long days. He will be remembered for his big heart, his thoughtful personality, and his love of animals.
Mrs. Helen G. Geiger of Hartford passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at her home. The family will hold a private service for Mrs. Geiger. Raina Nelson (they/them) is the Manager of the Corporate Equality Index for the HRC Foundation and co-author of the CEI. In this role, theyengage directly with employers nationwide to identify and improve LGBTQ-inclusive policies, practices and benefits. Raina also manages all aspects of the CEI database and survey implementation.

We're not done building yet, and I don't know when we ever will be. We continue to both release new services because customers need them and they ask us for them and, at the same time, we've put tremendous effort into adding new capabilities inside of the existing services that we've already built. What we're really trying to do is to look at that end-to-end journey of data and to build really compelling, powerful capabilities and services at each stop in that data journey and then…knit all that together with strong concepts like governance. By putting good governance in place about who has access to what data and where you want to be careful within those guardrails that you set up, you can then set people free to be creative and to explore all the data that's available to them. I, personally, have just spent almost five years deeply immersed in the world of data and analytics and business intelligence, and hopefully I learned something during that time about those topics. AWS has tremendous resources devoted in all these areas.

Because he did not suffer from painful bone spurs and was neither a loser nor a sucker, Mark served as a mechanic and instructor in the United States Air Force upon being drafted in 1970. He was honorably discharged as Staff Sergeant in 1974. He began his career as an aircraft mechanic at Butler Graham Airport, then proudly worked as lead mechanic with USAirways from 1981 until his retirement in 2004.
